Front Camera: 18 MP Super-Wide Mode

I’d really love to see Moment Pro Camera take full advantage of the iPhone 17 Pro’s front-facing camera.

In Apple’s stock Camera app, the front camera can output:

• 7 MP in the standard framing

• 18 MP when using the Super Wide framing

The Super Wide mode also gives a noticeably wider field of view, which is really useful for selfies, group shots, and especially vlogging.

Currently, the front camera in Moment Pro Camera feels more cropped and doesn’t seem to provide the same 18 MP Super Wide output as Apple’s stock Camera app.

Would it be possible to support this in Moment?

Ideally, I’d love to have something like:

Standard → 7 MP
Super Wide → 18 MP

I understand that this may depend on what Apple exposes through the camera APIs, but if the necessary API access is available, I’d really love to see Moment Pro Camera make use of the iPhone 17 Pro’s full front-camera capabilities.

The 18 MP Super Wide mode would be a fantastic addition. 🙏😁
