Teleprompter feature

Works on selfie camera or main camera w/external monitor. Would allow you to input text from typing or a file or somewhere else. It would follow along with your voice and scroll the text. There could be a manual scrolling mode that would just start with the record button and have a predefined and modifiable speed.
